The BIG-Mix processes challenging substrates such as manure, grass silage, maize straw, and chopped and film-wrapped material. Its large storage capacity allows for large volumes of material.
The BIG-Dos solid-material dosing unit is designed for dosing and processing various solid materials. With its integrated disintegrating rollers, even the standard version is suitable for processing grass and manure.
The BIOMISCHER combines the storage, shredding and dosing of solid substrates such as grass and maize silage, as well as manure. Its robust construction and optimised mixing and dosing technology ensure reliable material processing.
The KOMBI-Mix processes a variety of substrates, such as grass silage, GPS, dried chicken manure and up to 100 per cent solid manure, and is specifically designed for smaller biogas plants.
Solid substrates such as whole plant silage, grass silage, solid manure and poultry droppings are stockpiled, processed and fed into in the fermenter or downstream equipment such as crash units and liquide feeding systems are provided by our screw technology.
The BIO-Mix-C is used for the storage, processing and dosing of solids in biogas plants. Its design allows it to be transported in 40-foot ISO shipping containers.
