Friday afternoon on a hot summer's day - while some people were still looking forward to their weekend, the staff of Konrad Pumpe GmbH were happy about an early end to their workday. 

The reason for the early end of work was provided by the managing directors Konrad and Stefan Pumpe themselves, because they invited their employees. At the company site, they had a barbecue in glorious summer temperatures and a cosy get-together and toasted the weekend with a cool after-work beverage against the heat.

The joint barbecue started with a speech by the managing directors. Among other things, they gave an insight into current events in the company and also gave their employees an outlook on future developments at Konrad Pumpe GmbH.
