On 18th March 2023 Konrad Pumpe GmbH was represented with a stand at the exhibition "TAhlent". The exhibition team informed the future job starters and their parents about the apprenticeship offer in our industrial workshop. A trainee also gave an insight into the processes and impressions of training at Konrad Pumpe GmbH. 

As a training company, we attach the utmost importance to the diverse development opportunities of our trainees and offer them a long-term perspective. In doing so, our many years of experience help us in the targeted promotion of our young trainees, because they are the future of our company. 

More than 70 companies and institutions from the region used this year's "TAhlent" as a platform to inform young people about their diverse training opportunities. In addition to numerous companies that have participated in the training fair for years, Konrad Pumpe GmbH was represented at the fair for the first time this year. We are looking forward to participating again next year.
