On 12th May 2023 Konrad Pumpe GmbH had a barbecue again in a convivial atmosphere. On this occasion, an employee retired and two trainees were honoured for their extraordinary performance.

Even before the official start of the barbecue, both managing directors addressed appreciative words to the newly retired employee, who was known for his constant loyalty to the company and outstanding cooperation. Two apprentices were mentioned by name, who gave their best during their voluntary participation in the DSV district competition "youth welds". Due to their enthusiasm for welding, Konrad Pumpe GmbH would like to promote the skills of its own apprentices and invest in training courses or further education in the future.

All three persons mentioned received a gift from the management as a thank you for their special commitment to the company. Afterwards, the barbecue buffet was opened on the company premises for the employees.
