Konrad Pumpe GmbH recently acquired two new machines. The machines are the "TruBend 8400" and "TruBend 5170" bending machines from the manufacturer TRUMPF. Both machines enable even faster and more efficient processing of thin and thick sheet metal parts. While the "TruBend 5170" serves as a productive all-round machine, the "TruBend 8400" is designed for oversized components. The machine enables the processing of heavy parts with a length of up to 5050 mm and a press force of 4000 kN per metre. Both bending machines have numerous additional functions, such as bending aids, angle measuring systems, MobilControl Pro, 2D hand scanner and much more, which facilitate the processing of complex components. Furthermore, both machines are equipped with an interface that allows programming to be carried out in the work preparation department in the office. 

The new machines complement the existing machine park with the existing CNC press brakes "VarioPress 300" and "TruBend 8170". Following the introduction of the "TruBend 8400", the "TruBend 5170" replaces the "Ecopress 175".
